Glen Nayook Reserve is a delightful fern glen and a remnant of a mountain ash rainforest. The track follows the Tarago River to a fern gully where the river runs underground for 100 metres.

Distance: 1.5km return
Duration: 30 minutes
Grade: Level 3 – Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Some bushwalking experience recommended. Tracks may have short steep sections, a rough surface and steps. Walks up to 20km.
Getting there: From Melbourne, head east along Princes Freeway (M1) turning left at the Drouin exit towards Noojee (C426) and follow the signs to Neerim Junction. From there, follow the signs to the reserve at the end of Paynters Road.
