How to get to Mount Buller. Mount Buller is one of Victoria’s top ski resorts with snow season usually starting early June and running through to early October. In warmer months it’s a popular destination for 4WD trails, mountain biking, hiking, biking and much more.

Melbourne to Mt Buller by Car

You can head out of Melbourne on the Hume Fwy or Melba Hwy connecting to Maroondah Hwy and Mt Buller Road. Mansfield is a recommended stop and the last chance to get fuel before heading up the mountain. You can also hire snow chains and ski gear there.
