via M1 and State Route 22
It’s a very straightforward drive on the M1 turning off at Notting Hill onto the Ferntree Gully Rd till its end and follow it as it merges with the Burwood Hwy and follow that until turning off for the Mount Dandenong Tourist Road.

Getting from Melbourne to the Dandenong Ranges National Park by Train
Take the Belgrave Line to Upper Ferntree Gully Station and from that station, you can walk (about 15 min) or take bus no 688 to various stops along the Mt Dandenong Tourist Road. For planning routes use the PTV app or website.
